Reservations
At time of reservation we will send you a rental agreement and ask for a $100.00 deposit to hold your dates. Any cancellations two weeks or less before your stay will not be refunded. At the time of arrival to the cabin, the rest of the money will be due. At this time we can only accept cash or check. 

Policies

 1. Check-in is between 5:00pm-8:00pm at the cabin. We will work diligently to have your cabin ready for you right at 5:00 pm, but there are rare occasions when additional cleaning may be required. There is no refund in these situations. If you are not able to arrive before 8:00 pm, we can make special arrangements to get you the key. 

2. This is a non-smoking cabin. Smoking is not allowed inside or near the cabin, but you are welcome to smoke outside away from the cabin. If smoke smell is detected inside the cabin you will be assessed a $100 charge for cleaning and odor removal.

 3. Please be aware that you are coming to stay in the middle of the woods. While we have our cabin treated on a regular basis, it is likely that you will see bugs during your stay. We are not able to refund your reservation if you see bugs or spiders during your stay.

5. No pets please.

6. No ATV's or motor vehicles are to be ran over the property.
